Are you passionate about the world of marching arts? Do you have a creative flair and a desire to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for dedicated volunteers like YOU to help us manage, create, scout, onboard, and promote the MV Instagram Story Takeovers!

Volunteer Positions Available:

We want MV to be run by the members of the community for the community.

Takeover applications relations manager:

Organize, plan, and coordinate who and when takeovers happen. Keep the marching community engaged by scheduling out member vloggersby managing applications and scheduling out the clalendar for the season.

Equipment required:
- Computer
- iPhone/iPad

Position Expectations:
- Onboard and coordinate with individuals and schedule takeovers. using trello, and google sheets, Instagram, and Gmail.
- Create social media captions using softwares.
- Send takeover contracts and guideline information.

Content creations manager:

Create announcement post

Equipment required:
- Editing Computer
- iPhone/iPad
- Premiere Pro
- Google Drive
- SSD for Editing

Position Expectations:
- Create graphics and videos using Canva and Premiere Pro
- Post announcements of takeovers on MV Instagram.
- Send necessary media for takeover members.

Content Creators

Unleash your creativity! Produce captivating reels and posts from the archived MV takeover story.

Equipment required:
- iPhone/iPad
- Google Drive
- Instagram

Position Expectations:
- Watch Takeovers
- Download Takeover story clips and create IG Reels to post.
- Create captions using software to match created IG reels.
- Upload final reel to Instagram and Google drive.

Content Archivers

Keep our history alive! Download, organize, and archive all the amazing content we produce during takeovers for future generations to enjoy.

Position Expectations:
- Download entire takeovers
- Upload and organize to Google Drive

YouTube Archive Editors

Bring our takeovers to life on YouTube! Edit and compile entire takeovers into engaging videos that will captivate our audience.

- Editing Computer
- Premiere Pro
- Google Drive

Position Expectations:
- Download full takeovers on Google drive
- Create full takeover video and upload to Youtube
